  • Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in the above-mentioned assets remain the exclusive property of Aleksandra Veris. Unauthorized reproduction, “inspiration-copying” of logic, or redistribution of these frameworks is a violation of international IP law.

3. PERMITTED USE & RESTRICTIONS
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the materials for informational purposes.
You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using our mind-maps or strategic frameworks to provide competing consulting or design services.
  • Automated data collection (scraping) of our design layouts or project structures.
  • Representing our proprietary methodologies as your own.

4. SERVICE ENGAGEMENT
Mood Factory operates on a strictly professional B2B basis.

Contractual Basis: All creative and strategic work is performed under individual Service Agreements (SOW).

No Implicit Partnership: Use of this website does not establish a consultant-client relationship until a formal contract is signed.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The content on this website represents creative and strategic visions.

No Guarantees: While we architect for growth, Mood Factory is not liable for business outcomes, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the application of the general concepts found on this site.

Technical Liability: As our infrastructure is hosted in the USA, we are not responsible for temporary downtime or cross-border data latency.

6. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Georgia.

Arbitration: Any disputes shall first be addressed through professional mediation. Unresolved matters shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Common Courts of Georgia in Tbilisi.
